Although RealtyTrac includes a considerable amount of information, the addition of equity percentage, legal information and sales history would have given this site slightly better score.

RealtyTrac is a secure and easy-to-use site. All of their security certificates were up-to-date and they make it easy to cancel your account at any time. They offer a FREE seven day trial; however, you must provide your credit card information. Your card will be billed until after your trial period has ended.

To cancel you can simply login to your account and select the cancel my subscription option or you can request a cancellation by email, telephone, fax or snail mail. Faxes must be received at least five days prior to renewal and postal mail at least ten days.
